Interventions: fasts, sleep habits + circadian hygiene, zone 2, strength training, VO2max blocks. Adaptation = change in VO2max, HRV (heart rate variability), RHR (resting heart rate), A1C (hemoglobin a1c), waist, grip strength, facial jawlines (vanity metrics), gait.

ππ»ββοΈ Design "atomic habits", make intervention-days & delta the core social primitive, not steps, calories, or which biomarkers (these are for the 1% not the mass). Hooray = recognition of sustained, hard-to-fake effort: long streaks, adherence to a tough protocol, big (daring) improvement goals. Goal is to connect social currency of longevity with daily routines and show people the compounding effect. Healthspan utility β identity-formation. -
ππ»ββοΈ Design longevity segments, Strava has micro-features over real-terrain (i.e. central park loop), and people can repeat/compete to become the king/queen of "segments". It creates an infinite async competition for everyone. Why not create a longevity segment = time x biomarkers x protocol? For example, 30-day HRV reboot, our 1% fat loss challenge, 90 day LDL-P, A1C cut. Key is to compete on % improvements AND duration, not genetics or diagnostics/genetics. Success metrics = rank on w/w, m/m, q/q % in peer cohort (NOT absolute markers) AND sustained effort. because most metrics (e.g. weight, % fatβ¦) will converge or reach a steady-state. AVOID toxic competition, make it fair and accessible. -

ππ»ββοΈ DEXA (dual x-ray absorptimotry) scans uses a very low dose of ioizing radiation. So a monthly scan maybe fine, especially if the cost is adjusted.

π any quantitative / easy measures for jawlines / gait?π deltas on diet / sleep converge quickly over weeks β once habits form, most abandon food logging and do not act on their sleep scores. deltas on exercise degenerates to mostly strava / fitness tracking?π re: "segment kings", i loved foursquare's mayors of hyperlocal social.
π re: health proxies, the most useful / vanity are belly fat % + muscle mass. dexa scan is 0.5% accurate. how to infer both easily?

π re: scaling to millions, do dexa scans at $10 weekly. 15-min scan of a $100k machine operating at 24/7 is $3 cost.
